The fantastic effect of fructofibres
Fructofibres (inulin and oligofructose) are obtained from the chicory root and are 100% vegetable. These dietary fibres are also present in other vegetables, like artichokes, asparagus, salsify, leeks, garlic or onions, and have an extremely positive effect on the human organism.
- Fructofibres enter the intestines undigested, which is why they are also known as "liquid bulkage”. This is already a positive step, because it is not very easy to consume the desired amount of bulkage every day.
- Fructofibres have a bifidogenic effect. They promote the proliferation of the beneficial selectivity. A healthy intestinal flora is not only important for our wellbeing, but also improves the absorption of nutrients, accelerates transit and strengthens the immune system’s defences.
