Yields about 2 liter
2 bunches fresh basil
2 liters apple cider, chilled
1 cantaloupe
2 apples
6 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener or
2 Tsp liquid Hermesetas
Place one bunch of basil in a punchbowl. Moisten with 1 liter of cider and let stand for a few hours in a cool place.
Remove the basil from the bowl. Remove the stems from the remaining basil, chop the leaves finely and stir into punch.
Halve the cantaloupe, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into balls with a melon baller. Halve the apples, core and cut into balls.
Add the fruits to the punch and blend in the remaining cider. Sweeten with Hermesetas.
Note:
The cider can be substituted with apple juice and mineral water in equal
amounts.
