Apricot Sorbet

Ingredients

Serves 6

750 g apricots, ripe and unblemished
1 lemon, juice
100 ml (1 dl) water
9 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener or
3 Tsp liquid Hermesetas

Preparation

Halve the apricots and remove the stones. In a pan bring water, fruit and lemon juice to a boil and cook until very tender. Purée the mixture in an electric blender. Stir in Hermesetas and set aside until cool. Then freeze according to the machine directions.

Note:
This sorbet can be prepared with a variety of ripe fruits and berries.
