Ingredients

Serves 4

1 medium sized ripe avocado
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tsp Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener
115 g low fat fromage frais
¼ Tsp salt
2 Tbs Greek yoghurt
pinch pepper
1 Tsp chopped chives

Preparation

Halve the avocado and discard the skin and stone. Cut the flesh into large cubes and place in a blender or processor with all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Turn into a bowl and cover the surface with cling film.

Chill until ready to serve, and garnish with chopped chives. Serve with raw vegetable sticks or pieces.
