Pie crust:
120 g white flour
3 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener
60 g butter, chilled and cut into small cubes
100 g low-fat curd cheese
Filling:
3 Tbs cocoa
8 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener or
3 Tsp liquid Hermesetas
180 ml (1.8 dl) light
sour cream
4 eggs
2 egg yolks

Place flour, Hermesetas and butter in a bowl. Rub the flour and the fat rapidly between the tips of your fingers into flakes. Turn in the curd cheese and blend quickly into a dough. Set aside for 30 minutes. Butter a flan ring (26-28 centimeters in diameter).
Roll out the dough thinly and line flan ring. Prick with a fork. Preheat oven to 220ºC and bake the pie crust for 12 to 15 minutes.
In a bowl blend all the ingredients for the filling. Spread even on pie crust and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes or until filling has thickened.
Serve tepid or cold.
