Yields about 8 dl
1 grapefruit
2 oranges
8 leaves fresh lemon balm
2 limes
500 ml (5 dl) buttermilk
8 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener
For garnishing:
1 lime, thinly sliced
a few fresh lemon
balm leave
Skin the grapefruit and the oranges, and with a sharp knife cut off all the white membrane. Cut into wedges. Transfer fruits and lemon balm to a blender, add juice of 1 lime and grated rind of both, buttermilk as well as Hermesetas and purée. Pass the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher. Chill.
Serve in glasses and garnish each glass with a slice of lime and lemon balm leaves.
