Yields about 8 dl
375 g fresh raspberries
300 ml (3 dl) fresh grapefruit juice
6 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener or
2 Tsp liquid Hermesetas
200 ml (2 dl) mineral water
a few ice cubes
some fresh mint leaves for decoration
Purée the raspberries and pass through
a strainer. In a pitcher combine the puréed
raspberries, the grape-fruit juice, Hermesetas
and the mineral water. Stir in some ice cubes.
Decorate each serving glass with a raspberry
and a mint leaf.
