1 litre
1 Iitre green tea
1 baby pineapple
Ground cardamom
Ground lemon grass
Grated rind of 1 lime
4 tbsp Granulated Hermesetas
or 1 tsp Liquid Hermesetas
Cut pineapple into cubes. Flavour the hot tea with a little cardamom and lemon grass.
Sweeten with Hermesetas Gold Granulated.
Add pineapple cubes, as such, or on skewers. Serve hot.
