Serves 6
50 g hazelnuts, finely ground
250 ml (2.5 dl) sugarless condensed milk
250 g low-fat curd
6 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener
2 Tsp liquid Hermesetas
2 Tbs Cognac (optional)
In a frying pan, without adding fat roast the hazelnuts until they turn to a light brown color. Remove from heat source and let cool.
In a bowl blend condensed milk, curd and Hermesetas. Add the hazelnuts and stir well. Add Cognac to taste. Freeze according to the machine directions.
