1 litre
2 slices fresh pineapple
1 banana
½ lemon
3 dl water
3 level tsp green tea
3 dl red wine
2 dl orange juice
4 tbsp Granulated Hermesetas
Prepare pineapple by carefully removing all the skin and sliciing it in rings. Cut two slices into small cubes, save remaining pineapple for other use.
Cut the banana also into small cubes. Slice lemon into rounds.
Boil water, add tea leaves, leave to steep for 5 minutes, then sieve. Add wine, orange juice and Hermesetas, bring the mixture again to the boil.
Add fruit and serve immediately.
