1.2 litres
5 dl water
3 golden balm tea bags
1 piece of fresh ginger
5 dl cider
2 sticks cinnamon
6 tbsp Granulated Hermesetas
1 apple
1 ripe pear
1 lime
Boil water, add the tea bags and steep 3 minutes. Pour tea into a saucepan.
Peel and finely shred or grate ginger, and add to the tea together with the cider, cinnamon sticks and Hermesetas, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Peel and core the apple and the pear, and slice the fruit. Wash the lime thoroughly and cut into very thin slices.
Put all the fruit into the hot punch and serve.
Tip:
Slice or scoop balls out of the apple, pear and lime, put on skewers to garnish the glasses of punch.
