1,8 litre
1 litre water
2 tbsp tea leaves
500 g frozen plums
8 tbsp Granulated Hermesetas
Pinch of cinnamon
3 dl red wine
Combine water with tea leaves and bring to the boil. Add plums, and simmer in the tea mixture for 15 minutes, before straining through a sieve.
Return all ingredients to the pan, then add Hermesetas, spices and red wine.
Bring to the boil once again and serve hot.
