250 g curd (0% fat)
250 ml (2.5 dl) sour milk
250 ml (2.5 dl) low-fat milk
250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
and drained
1 Tbs lemon juice
8 Tbs Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener or
2½ Tbs liquid Hermesetas
Purée all the ingredients in a blender.
Chill before serving.
