2 apples, approx.
250 g / 9 oz quark ( low fat curd cheese)
1 egg
2 tbsp Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener
1 round ready-to-bake pizza base
Cream:
1 tbsp pistachio kernels
250 g / 9 oz half fat crème fraiche
2 tbsp Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener

Halve and core apples, slice fruit thinly. Blend together quark, egg and Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener. Spread quark mixture over the pizza base. Arrange apple slices on top. Bake at 200º C 200º C/ 400ºF/Gas 6 in a preheated oven, for about 20 minutes.
To make the cream: Very finely chop the pistachio nuts and mix into the crème fraiche with the Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener. Serve cream with the hot cake and sprrinkle over a few extra chopped pistachio nuts if available.
