Makes 24
225 g (8 oz) cake crumbs
4 tbsp Hermesetas Granulated
50 g (2 oz) cocoa powder
1–2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp rum
Chocolate strands / mini chocolate flakes and extra cocoa powder
Mix together crumbs, the Hermesetas Granulated and cocoa powder. Bind the ingredients together with the rum and orange juice to make a fairly sticky mixture.
Divide into 24 small pieces and roll in the chocolate strands, mini chocolate flakes or dusted cocoa powder.
Place in sweet cases and chill until required.
