Nice and sweet and twice as good: FRUCTOFIBRES®
Like Hermesetas Granulated with bifidogenic fructofibres.
Every spoonful does you good.
The fantastic effect of fructofibres
Fructofibres (inulin and oligofructose) are obtained from the chicory root and are 100% vegetable. These dietary fibres are also present in other vegetables, like artichokes, asparagus, salsify, leeks, garlic or onions, and have an extremely positive effect on the human organism.
- Fructofibres enter the intestines undigested, which is why they are also known as "liquid bulkage”. This is already a positive step, because it is not very easy to consume the desired amount of bulkage every day.
- Fructofibres have a bifidogenic effect. They promote the proliferation of the beneficial bifidobacteria and encourage their metabolic selectivity. A healthy intestinal flora is not only important for our wellbeing, but also improves the absorption of nutrients, accelerates transit and strengthens the immune system’s defences.
Sweet – but healthy
indulgence – the
answer to a sweet
tooth’s prayer
Even 5 grams of fructofibres a day have a positive effect on the organism.
This amount already goes a long way towards covering the daily requirement.
A balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables takes care of the rest.
As a purely natural dietary supplement, fructofibres help to prevent deficiencies
and also correct poor eating habits.
New: Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener with 42% fructofibres
Hermesetas Granulated Sweetener with bifidogenous fructofibres is heat resistant, making it ideal for cooking and baking, too. It is just as sweet as sugar, but only contains 10% of its calories.
For some time now, modern dietary science has emphasised the importance of a balanced diet. The purely vegetable fructofibres make a welcome contribution here:
- Fructofibres also contribute to a positive bulkage balance, help digestion and encourage the proliferation of bifidobacteria in the intestine.
- The ingestion of fructofibres does not have any significant influence on blood sugar and insulin levels. Consequently, they are also recommended for people with diabetes.
- The ingestion of fructofibres also has a positive effect on blood fat values; they reduce the blood cholesterol generally and im-prove the ratio of "good” cholesterol to "bad” cholesterol (HDL/LDL)
