Ingredients:

250g cooking apples, peeled and sliced
40g dried apricots, roughly chopped
30ml/2 tbsp Hermesetas SteviaSweet
30ml/2 tbsp water
For the Topping
50g plain flour
25g low fat butter
15g chopped blanched almonds

Method:
Place the apple slices into a pan with the apricots and water. Cover and simmer over a low heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir in 15ml of Hermesetas SteviaSweet, then spoon the mixture into a small ovenproof dish and leave on one side. Preheat oven to 180°C. Sieve the flour into a bowl, rub in the low fat butter, stir in the chopped almonds and remaining Hermesetas SteviaSweet, then sprinkle the mixture over the fruit. Bake the crumble for 25-30 minutes until brown.
Serving suggestion: Serve with extra apple slices, accompanied with custard or ice-cream.
Freezer note: Store the uncooked crumble, sealed and labelled for up to 4 weeks. Thaw overnight then cook as above.
