175g low fat butter
6 tbsp Hermesetas SteviaSweet
150g self-raising flour
25g corn flour
few drops vanilla essence
finely chopped angelica and glace cherries

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the butter and Hermesetas SteviaSweet together until light and fluffy, then sieve the flours and stir them into the butter mixture with the vanilla essence. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe circles onto a greased baking tray. Sprinkle each with a little chopped angelica and cherries and bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown. Transfer to a wire tray to cool.
Freezer Note: Store, sealed in a rigid container for up to 4 weeks. Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours.
